When can a claim for compensation be filed against an airline?
Missed connecting flight
You are entitled to compensation in the event that the customer fails to make a connecting flight as part of the arrival destination through the fault of the airline, where the delay at the destination is more than 3 hours from the planned arrival.
Flight delay
You are entitled to compensation in the event of a delay at the arrival destination of more than 3 hours from the planned time of arrival.
Flight cancellation
You are entitled to compensation when the cancellation of the flight is reported by the airline less than 14 days before the planned date of departure.
Refused boarding
